Are gave up his mortality to protect Xena.He knew that If Eve died that Xena would lose her power to kill gods and Athena would kill her. He saved Gabrielle because he knew how much Xena cared about her. It was always about Xena for Ares. He was only with Livia/Eve because he thought Xena was dead. He propositioned Gabrielle because he needed her on his side to convince Xena to be on his side as well. He figured Gabrielle could convince her and the twilight wouldn’t come and he’d be safe.

Oh yeah and the song itself was very fitting and gorgeous i just like the line ‘now i don’t reckon that we lost the feeling but we let everything build up inside’ It’s like so Xena and Ares.

I like that the video was in Black and White i reckon it really added to its beauty and fit so nicely with the whole feel of Ares and Xena. Wow what a hot couple or what.

This was superb! Always loved the Xenares relationship, and the clear connection they had with each other was always strong. I also like the cat and mouse games they played with each other. Brilliant tribute to a sexy duo! LOVED IT!

I can honestly say that this video is absoluetly incredible and that it is the best by far that I have seen. Xena/Ares was fantastic and yes he will be sadly missed. Loved the video,song was superb. Fantastic overall

I thought that suited it perfectly. Its talking about like and that clip showed that no matter how much she angered him he was still willing to save her. He was the one who through her in the water but he loved her enough to jump in and result in her out.

i looove this song! i heard it in the last season of Buffy and wondered who sang it! thanks for posting this video! i’m still kind of in shock, cuz i’ve been out of the Xena loop for years now, and i just found out that Kevin died. broke my heart. he was my fave character on the show. fond fond memories. :`o)
